Выбираем диск. Создаем таблицу разделов, создаем раздел размером 100Мб (тип Linux RAID) для /boot, создаем раздел для корня (тип Linux RAID) (размер вы задаете сами). Если вам нужно отдельно создать раздел для /var/lib/vz, то его можно также по аналогии создать. И создаем раздел SWAP. Ниже представлено в скриншотах пошаговая инструкция по установке Debian на Linux RAID.
