       passwd - the password fileord
DESCRIPTION
       /etc/passwd contains one line for each user account, with seven
       fields delimited by colons (":"). These fields are:

       o  login names passwords for user accounts. A normal user may only
       change the password for his/her own account, while the super user
       o  optional encrypted passwordy account.  passwd also changes
       account information, such as the full name of the user, the user's

       The user is first prompted for his/her old password, if one is
